Q1 : When can I enjoy the P.A. insurance cover ?.

A1 : The insurance cover will be effective after 24 working hours from the date of registration as stated in the oficial receipt. 

Q2 : How can I renew my motor insurance with Suresave’s panel of insurance agent in order to enjoy a refund of the membership fee ? Do I have to go to Suresave’s office ?

A2 : No, you don’t have to go to Suresave’s office. You just have to do the following : -

1.       Fax your JPJ Registration card and expiring insurance policy to our office and ask for a quatation.

2.       Bank in the premium amount directly into our agent’s account Savinsure (M) Sdn.Bhd. A/C No. 514048528136 at any Maybank or Maybank Finance branch nearest to you.

3.       Fax the bank-in-slip to us at no.03-986 1318 and give us a call. We will then check with the bank for clearance and send the cover note to your home or office.

When you receive the cover note (then next day), you can go to any post office or JPJ Office nearest to you to renew your road tax !. It’s that simple!

Q3 : When will I receive the refund of my membership fee if I qualify ?

A3 : You will receive the refund together with your commission statement in the following month. 

Q4 : What will happen to the NCB (Non-Claim Bonus) or NCD (Non-Claim Discount) if I renew my motor insurance with any authorized insurance agent of SURESAVE ?

A4 : The NCB / NCD will not be affected at all and you will be entitled to the same discount as long as you have not made any claim(s) within the last 12 months.

Q5 : If I renew my insurance policy with your authorised insurance agent, will it affect my policy in “Loading and Excess” rates ?

A5 : If you have not made any claims within the last 12 months, the rates will not be affected. The rates offered will remain the same or even better. 

Q6 : Is it compulsory that I must renew my car insurance with Suresave’s panel of insurance agent(s) ?

A6 : No. However, if you wish to get a refund of your membership fee, you should renew your comprehensive motor insurance policy with our panel of insurance agents (s). 

Q7 : Can a third party motor insurance policyholder become a SURESAVE member?

A7 : Yes, of course.

Q8 : Does SURESAVE panel of insurance agent(s) offer other insurance policy coverage ?

A8 : Yes, you may request for a quotation on any general insurance policy you may require. 

Q9 : Can I Pay the insurance premium by credit card ?

A9 : No.

Q10 : If I / my family members want to make a claims against the Personal Accidents insurance cover, what are the procedures ?

A10 : You or your family members must submit a copy of the police report and the doctor’s report to the relevant insurance company. If you need any assistance, please inform SURESAVE and we will be glad to serve you. 

Q11 : What will happen if I other life insurance policies with other insures ? What if they (other insurance) want the original copy of the police and doctor’s report and my family members have only one original copy ?

A11 : The Free Personal Accident insurance coverage that SURESAVE offered you will not affect your other policies. In order for you or your family members to make a claim, all they have to do is submit a photocopy of the relevant reports to our insurer and let them view or sight the original copy. Your family members may then submit the original copy to other insurer for other claims.

Q12 : Is there any age limit for the Personal Accident insurance coverage ?

A12 : Yes, the minimun entry limit is age 18 years and the maximun age at entry is 65 years. However, for renewal cases the age limit may be 70 years.
