PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, SURESAVE WILL GUARANTEE THAT OUR 24 HOURS EMERGENCY CALL CENTRE WILL DESPATCH OUR WORKSHOP TOW TRUCK OPERATOR TO PROVIDE THE BREAKDOWN OR TOWING SERVICES TO OUR VALID MEMBERS IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME. COMPENSATION OF RM80 WILL BE PAID TO OUR MEMBER EACH TIME WE FAIL TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. HOWEVER THIS GUARANTEE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

    FOR CHECKING & VERIFICATION PURPOSES, OUR MEMBERS MUST PROVIDE FULL DETAILS OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP SUCH AS:- 

    1. Member's Name
    2. Membership Registration No. (they should receive their card within 14 days of joining. If not, please call our Customer Service Department at 03-986 2166)

    3. Type of Vehicle
    4. Car Registration No.
    5. Exact and accurate location of incident

    OUR SURESAVE CAR STICKERS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT THE REAR (BACK) OF THE CAR AT ALL TIMES.

    AS LONG AS SURESAVE CAN PROVE THAT OUR WORKSHOP OPERATOR HAS DESPATCHED THEIR REPRESENTATIVE OR TOW TRUCK TO THE SCENE OF ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN AND THEY CAN CONFIRM THAT EITHER THEY CANNOT FIND OR LOCATE OUR MEMBER'S VEHICLE DUE TO WHATEVER REASON, THERE WILL BE NO CLAIM(S) AGAINST SURESAVE AND THIS GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE EFFECTED.

    ALL CLAIMS (IF ANY) MUST BE FORWARDED TO SURESAVE IN WRITING WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS FROM DATE AND TIME OF INCIDENT, OTHERWISE, SURESAVE RESERVE THE FULL RIGHT NOT TO ENTERTAIN THE RELEVANT CLAIM.

WITH THIS GUARANTEE, PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT WE WILL TRY OUR LEVEL BEST TO PROVIDE THE BEST AND PROMPT SERVICE TO OUR MEMBERS AT ALL TIMES, FOR CHECKING PURPOSES, ALL CALLS WILL BE RECORDED.
