45 units of semi-detached and detached Factories at the Alor Gajah Light Industrial Park, Melaka .

The next property development project consists of 374 units of condominiums / apartments in Bukit Baru, Melaka on a piece of freehold land which Mr. Yeoh's company Pakat Mekar Sdn. Bhd. bought in 1996 .
