In1998, we started as a Discount Card Company, issuing the Privilege, Elite & Corporate cards. At that time, the Membership Fee was either RM40 or RM60 per year. The benefits at that time were basically discounts for Towing (members had to call the workshops themselves and pay), discounts from our panel of Hoteliers and Car Rental companies .

As it is always our intention to up-grade our services & benefits from time to time, in July 2000, we started our 24 hours Emergency Call Center . In the following month, we introduced the SS Gold Card with a wide range of benefits from Plans A to F. Besides the motoring services and discount benefits, we also provide other benefits such as Hospitalization Income Benefits, Annual Medical Examination & Laboratory Test Benefits and Hospitalization & Surgical Benefits for individuals (package 1), individuals & their respective spouses (package 2 - excluding children) and families (package 3). Due to the wide choice of Plans that were being offered, sales were slow because customers could not make up their minds and always had to refer to their spouses or family members before making a decision. It often took weeks or even months to close a sale !!!!!. In November 2000 we introduced Plan F (for non-car owners) and Plan G (for car owners), and it was an instant hit !!! Within seven (7) months, over 20,000 cards were issued !!!

Suresave’s business philosophy is always helping members to SAVE, EARN & ENJOY. As such , plans are being worked out to start our Suresave’s Convenience Stores & Suresave’s Auto Supplies Shops throughout Malaysia in areas where we have many Plan F or G cardholders. We are now targeting to open our first couple of stores in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, followed by other areas.

Suresave’s Road to Success has begun !!! Plans have been made to launch our SS Gold Card globally !!! Though the currency and benefits may be different, our Suresave’s Business Plan will remain the same. The Launch is only a matter of Time ……..
